How does text and textile connect?

In this 1 day workshop, we will begin to tell our stories through hands-on making in the techniques of sewing and stitching. Learning the basics of embroidery, appliqué and other fiber construction like simple quilt blocks and textile collage, participants will explore some the possibilities that exist within the stitched thread.
